Ramp Operations Panel Application
American Airlines explained that their management was having troubles communicating with their staff on the ground and around the terminal. What they needed was a way to directly communicate, capture the paths and dwell times of customer and employees within the terminal. This information would help them better understand how to create efficient routes through the terminal for their employees, as well as their customers.
I was able to help solve their problem with functionality like, employee profiles, direct messaging, real-time movement map, dwell times, and path mapping. All of these could then be viewed from the convenience of, what we called "Ramp Operations Panel" dashboard.
