Khichdi
If there’s one dish I could have for the rest of my life, it would be khichdi - the way my dad makes. We have khichdi for dinner on most days. In fact I used to carry khichdi for lunch as well, it is that good. I believe it is fuel for the soul, it’s comforts my tummy and I can’t have enough.
