Project
Westend is the most visited shopping mall in Budapest, Hungary. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of their opening, they celebrated with a new logo and brand identity. Our job was to redesign their website based on the new brand guidelines, rework the site's user experience and come up with new, interesting, and usable features.
Solution
We took a closer look at what are the pain points of the visitors. The result is a reimagined store finder experience.

Business hours
Shows a 'now open' or 'now closed' indicator. On click it shows the opening hours of stores, restaurants, cinema and parking area, as well other opening related announcements.
We decided to add some useful features like a visual store finder, for those who want to find the exact location of stores in the mall. Selected stores are visually highlighted on the store map, alongside with basic information like contact info, business hours and actual offers and discounts. There are some POI like charging stations, ATM and currency exchange, that visitors may find useful.
