For no one, but yourself.

CS Santosh an athlete who had a dream which no one understood at one point as he was one in a billion to try to do what he does now. It should have been so hard to make people understand what he wanted to do, a lonely walk I must say. First Indian to compete in Dakar.
For no one, but yourself.

We all start following our dreams with the simplest reason being how it makes us feel.

It gives us a smile- smile that wipes off everything that's weighing down on our minds and pushes us to just live in that very moment.

It gives birth to thoughts that generate a drive in us and end up giving us enough energy to push ourselves to do a little more, even on the hardest of days.

All of these small things make us dream big- dream that doesn't demand a lot but simply all of what we have.

In this process, we live a wide spectrum of feelings, emotions and experiences. We break bones, lot of them, we get back up and learn to fix ourselves to be stronger, we see ourselves being the best version of what we once imagined ourselves to be, and some days we also see ourselves broken down to the ground- but the best part? We don't stop.

We will come across a host of doubters who will question us, people who will stop us- some out of a plaguing concern while some out of sheer spite.

But the only person that has the power to truly stop us from making those dreams a reality is WE OURSELVES.

Doubts, fears, insecurities, hopelessness at some stage is inevitable, but what shouldn't be an option, is giving up. Because we do it for no one, but ourselves, and we are the biggest motivation we can give to ourselves.

So don't back down, do it for no one, but yourself!
Inescapable makes us capable

"How did you do it?", "Was it hard?", "Are there any shortcuts?", "You do it so easily!"-Just some phrases people say when they talk to or about people who've achieved something unique.

To the world, it seems so effortless, so easy, but it is actually the countless days and months of struggle that the athlete has gone through, to master something and do it with perfection, that makes it seem so effortless on the outside.

The struggle, is an inescapable journey, that pushes the athlete to unleash and discover their capacity, and makes them capable of achieving what they are today.

The basket of struggles isn't an add-on package but the fuel for the motorcycle on which they ride to success and it's inevitable- they are MEANT to be there for that seasoning and polishing of the athlete that they need on their path to the peak.

They is no escape, there are no shortcuts!

It is these inescapable struggles that makes the athletes capable enough to race on the most testing circuit in the world- their minds-  against their biggest competition- themselves.

They make athletes like CS who they are today and drives them to be the better that they're gonna be tomorrow. It is the motor to their passion and the foundation for the empire of dreams they're building.

And the inescapable struggle is what gives them the strength to face the tempestuous waves of doubts and fear as they climb up the challenging terrains of success.
"Unfortunately, this earth is not a fairy-land, but a struggle for life, perfectly natural and therefore extremely harsh."
- Martin Bormann
