Hangzhou is a really special city, it’s a place loaded with millenarian history and cultural relics, but it is also a hub for internet industries and innovative technologies. It was this contrast that served me as an inspiration and made me recall of some Neo-Noir Science fictions films, where their utopias were a perfect mix of the old and the new.
