Concept, prototyping and design for a new flow of payments for all users.
Project’s context and goal
Workana is a platform that connects clients with freelancers in Latin America and Asia. As Product Designer, my job was to simplify the payment process, making it much easier, more understandable and faster for users to hire a freelancer, acquire a plan, add a payment method and general payments visual processing. Moreover, I worked to provide clear information about what the users are actually paying for and what they are entitled to in return.
Solution
Working side by side with the copywriting team, product managers and developers' team to contribute a simple and seamless flow that would be much faster and easily accessible to general users with a focus on mobile and desktop.
