Our company handles architectural modelling, rendering, physical models for property groups such as Hong Leong, CNQC, and many others. With the availability of smartphones, we thought of passing our expertise to benefit people looking for homes or furniture.
Since its release, thousands of people have used it to visualise any 3D object, furniture, or building easily and businesses have given us positive feedback that their products/buildings are more immersive.
Challenge
After visiting a showroom, prospective property buyers have to look at a 2D image of the i.e. condo through the brochure.
Furniture buyers have to head to a showroom to see what a furniture looks like and even then, they don't know how it might fit with their home surroundings.
Solutions
Without having to visit the furniture showroom, home owners may browse and select a furniture i.e. sofa and superimpose a computer-generated image in their actual home space to experience if the look and feel complements their home surroundings.
Another use is for property buyers to point their cameras at the 2D architectural image on the brochure to watch it materialise and experience their future homes is its 3D glory.
