Asylum Ad Astra     Adobe Photoshop     Fall 2019     FNAR - 488 Studio Arts Senior Seminar
This is my main collection of pictures I created for my Senior Seminar course at CNU. As a novice photo manipulator, I added myself in the backgrounds I made from scratch as a denizen of the stars and a friend of celestial objects in and outside of Earth. After showcasing this portfolio to the CNU Fine Arts instructors, they encouraged me to compete with two of my images to the LEAP for the Arts Exhibition in the Rawls Museum, which I did, because the theme of astronomy conveniently matched my portfolio. Of course I was not one of the selected winners, but it didn't matter to me from the beginning because I was happy enough to be represented as an instead of student, and I had a massive number of viewers there.
