Inca Sushi foi fundado por uma família de imigrantes peruanos no Brasil. O amor pela comida esteve sempre presente em sua mesa e por isso cozinham com carinho peruano e paciência japonesa, em solo fértil brasileiro.
Peruvian nikkei culinary is the result of the mixture between Japan and Peru. Skillful japanese inmigrants that stablished in Peru, the diversity of andean and tropical ingredients thus the richness of peruvian culinary could only result in a delicious and vibrant kitchen that is alive and constantly reinvents itself. Inca Sushi was founded by a family of peruvian inmigrants in Brazil. Their love for food was always present in their table and thats why they cook with peruvian care and japanese patience, on rich brazilian soil.
