Animated Poster Amorphic Design

Introduction
Inspired by 3D tools, Pixel Art and Baugasm, I created and directed a personal project that mixed the inspirations into my own creative result. Using 3D tools and 2D design software, I staged and created a methodology in exercising 3D, Graphic Design, Video Editing and Animation into one.

At the end of the project, I realize that the amorphic 3D Object is my generalist viewpoint in design embracing all of it. And the animated typography is the tie in to traditional design structure. The fluidity and rigidity is the core of my pursue in the design industry.

The Process
Starting with simple 3D renderings, I was heavily inclined to create my own style. A style that would incorporate my core skills as a designer, my personal interests in pixel art and games, and my underlying academic interest in all things media.

Initial studies of materials and model animations in blender:
After a few studies, I prototyped a result in my mind. Soon, I concentrated my efforts discovering and learning animation & rendering techniques for the core 3D object. Once, a place holder image was created, I used a 2D software to prototype a final outlook of the poster-like media. Adding typographic design parts as well as imagining what copywriting text would bring balance to the overall result.
After all the assets were ready, I dived into a video editing software to add and loop the final result. As seen above.
