This collateral collection included an identity that was designed over a few weeks. It was then carried through all communication and collateral pieces. The items were either ran on our six color offset press, our digital printers, or our wide format printers. Completed work included a logo, program booklet, a personalized invitation, a 5×7 envelope, a larger outside mailing envelope, an honoree congratulations and welcome letter, executive welcome letter, a menu card, an agenda, room signage, gift basket cards, and more.
The book itself is actually printed with three Pantone colors. The photographs were printed as duotones (black and silver) to reduce the printing costs. The event logo pops off the invitation insert, enclosure, menu, agenda, and program book with foil and sculpted embossment finishing techniques.
Most of the pieces designed for offset press also required a custom die cut. The custom die cuts and finishing techniques were completed by an outside vendor after the offset press work was completed.
There were various pieces of event signage including welcome posters that were designed for wide format printing. Welcome kits for honorees and executives were provided at the event hotel ready for guest arrival. Along with these items were gift baskets waiting with a custom personalized card welcoming the honorees and their guest. During the ceremony there was a power point presentation shown that was designed also containing matching themed identity. A framed seating chart shown on an easel, table number cards, all carried through with a custom, consistent look and feel as well.
