Many people feel anxious and pressured as soon as they walk into a dealer showroom. 10X that if you're a woman. Dealer hours and locations are often not convenient for people with busy lives. 

THE IDEA
“CADILLAC LIVE”


To reduce friction and evolve the car buying experience, we built a platform for GM from the ground up. Cadillac Live allows car shoppers to book an appointment for a live one-on-one personalized video tour of any vehicle, located in our 10,000 ft. custom designed showroom. You can ask brand experts any question, with zero sales pressure and if you like what you see, you can have a Cadillac expert book a no-hassle test drive at the nearest dealer. 

The innovative new service has achieved critical acclaim in the luxury auto world. Since its successful launch in 2018, we helped GM roll out the service platform to Cadillac US, Chevrolet and EV Live North America.
