For this motion graphics project, I was to make a title sequence keeping with my musical genre theme I've been sticking to that semester. My genre was punk.
Having made my last two projects pay tribute to The Clash, I decided to move a little further down the timeline of punk to the 90s where there was a wave of feminist punk: Riot Grrrl. This way, I could make a fictional band with the badass ladies I met in college while we were all still together in our last semester.
But COVID-19 had other plans for us... Instead, I got my problem-solving skills put to the test. I had to edit our socially distanced clips to make my band members all appear to be together and interacting with each other.
