The CDC Mobile project presented a few unique challenges.  Presenting fresh daily content within the constraints of the data format available to us.  The primary goal was simplicity, keeping the interface very simple and clean was always in mind.  In addition, a simple way to customize your feed via the 'filter' to turn on and off categories that you may or may not want to see in your feed.
