The Gathering is a national youth event hosted by Serious4God, Elim Pentecostal Churches national youth department. The theme of this years event was 'Compelled'. The Gathering's brand is strong enough that the event branding can revolve around the theme. The design for this year was inspired from the theme narrative, and from it, the heart cross symbol was created.

 

The hope is that the 'Compelled' branding can take on a life of its own and live outside and beyond the event. This is so far proving to be the case. On sight of the initial promotional material, people started asking where they could buy the 'Compelled' T-Shirts. This has prompted Serious4God to get T-shirts printed early, and are selling them on the run up to the main event taking place in October 2013.
