No Wuks: «Confessions Mix» (DJ-mix cover artwork) (2018)
Back in 2018 I made a cover for «Confessions Mix» by No Wuks. DJ-mix contains ambient and chill-out tracks produced by russian musicians. The tracks sounded warm and quiet so I needed to make the cover that also shared this feeling. I used the old poster scan from New York Post as a basis, and then made the digital collage with the letters. I also scanned some textures from my sketchbook to make the background image for CD release.
В январе 2018 года я записал плавный рождественский микс из отечественной музыки. Спокойное звучание микса требовало похожей по настроению обложки. В работе я использовал старый скан информационного постера из издания New York Times, а также сканы собственных материалов из моего скетчбука.
