Sievers Development came to us with one goal in mind. That was to have a brand identity that matches their expertise and knowledge in the real estate development industry. They wanted a mark that their potential clients can trust.
After a lot of sketching and researching we came to the idea of a trident made out of the silhouette of buildings. We felt that a trident represents power, knowledge, and security. Something their existing and potential clients can feel comfortable with.
This project also entailed a complete brand guideline with colors and fonts. Along with a business card design that will match their sophistication.
