Sláinte

The goal of this project was to tap into a previously unreached market for the company. This product features a pre-made Irish coffee cocktail, wherein the user pours the Irish whiskey into the coffee. This product, named Sláinte or good health and cheers in Gaelic, was made as a way for Starbucks to tap into the liquor market.
Logo and secondary marks
Here is displayed the logo I created as well as the secondary graphics to be used in packaging. The goal of this logo was to elevate the prestige of the product as well as reference the rich and intricate history of Ireland.
Bottle & Carrier Design
Drawing from the display of bulk coffee as well as the norms of the whiskey industry, Sláinte combines the elegance of liquor with the accessibility of grab and go coffee. The glass is an interactive experience for the user, requiring them to take the top off and pour the punt shaped shot of whiskey into the coffee.
Product 3-D Space
We were not only in charge of creating a label, bottle, and carrier design, we also had to create a 3-D rendering of the space wherein our product would be launched. I wanted it to be somewhere between coffee shop and Irish pub, mixing plush chairs and wooden bars with industrial lights and minimalistic interior design.
