When creating explainer videos, it's inevitable to use the same (or similar) icons and images in a single video. As fun as it is to animate them, it does get repetitive. One of the things I do, especially when collaborating with a group of fellow animators, is create a sort of archive in after effects. Here, my collaborators and I can pick up and store some previously animated icons to be recycled in the future. This speeds up our workflow, and also gives us a bank of sorts to save other icons that have not yet been used in projects before but were already animated just for fun. Below are some of them.
