At Pomp, we celebrate the bayou’s distinct spiritual and cultural syncretism with grateful dining and sanctified drinking.
Most nights we play music until we can’t.
A bar as much as a restaurant, our speakeasy, the Sacristy is open until 3am every night and has continued to be haunt for many of the city’s finest eccentrics.
