“Liah Iau” in Taiwanese means to fill a hungry stomach. “Iau” is pronounced as hungry in Taiwanese, and it also share a same pronunciation with monster in Chinese. Food is the greatest thing in Taiwan; it delivers the nostalgic emotion and taste memory of the country land.
