BrightBridge Project Intro

This project showcases the branding project for BrightBridge Property.

BrightBridge Property are a property investment and development company based in London, United Kingdom.

We worked with BrightBridge property through a discovery session to break down exactly what their requirements were for this branding project. It was vital to understand BrightBridge Property's target audience demographics and client personas before going through the first design phases.

BrightBridge property had a few ideas for the design which they were keen on. The first was to ensure the logo was Bright with colours and elegant and sleek in design. They were confident that they didn't want any "property, building or house" designs in the logo. The more challenging idea was; It was imperative for BrightBridge that this logo represented or included a physical "Bridge".

We studied cases where physical bridges were designed into the logo design from both complex and minimal stand point. Soon after it was evident that maybe implementing a physical bridge was not as fitting as first anticipated. It just didn't fit the minimal, sleek and non-traditional look they were after. We ended up scrapping the idea of a whole bridge design.

We then began to look at more minimal and contemporary styles to the implement the bridge. From here we made good progress as the messaging, brand strategy and design requirement was coming along and connecting.

From here it was just a process of selection, refining down ideas and designs to come up with a final logo design which stamp down BrightBridge Property's Identity. Below you will see the final logo design. It took us a total of six rounds of drafts and feedback to get this to the final sign off.

With this project we also provided some collateral designs and worked on the brand slogan "Investing in your future", which was at the heart of BrightBridge Properties mission.
