Esperanza Y Futuro (EyF) or Hope and Future is an orphanage located in Guatemala providing love and help to young teens and their children due to abuse.

Seed Consulting Group is a non-profit organization that brings passionate young professionals together to provide pro-bono consulting services to environmental and public health non-profit organizations. We provide non-profits with the extra resource, energy, and time that they need to increase their impact. Since our founding in 2014, we have grown to over 40 consultants, launched three chapters (SeedLA, SeedSF, and SeedOC) and consulted for nonprofits including the Greenbelt Alliance, Los Angeles Metro, Coalition for Clean Air, Sierra Club and NRDC.

The goal for Seed was to help Integrous Women developed a system that help young women living in the orphanage at EyF be empowered and thrive. The deliverable package consists of a midterm and final presentations along with lists of potential partners, logic model, strategies, best practices, the development of an Informed Trauma Care Center, and marketing plan and strategies to support the organization structure of EyF and Trauma Center.
