Tag Along is a socio-centered platform, focused on promoting a social connection between members of the FDW community. It empowers them to create and engage in interest groups, social gatherings and activities. This allows them to not only build on existing relationships, but also discover new communities. As it functions to gather community members together to interact socially, one of the unintended effects of this app might be over dependence on the platform as the new form of communication. Users might use the platform as a way to create online friendships with other members without meeting them physically.
