About the Logo
A new logo was commissioned for the Georgia Tech Pride Alliance through a competition. This entry was chosen as the winner and is currently in use by the organisation.
A hexagonal motif mimics the naturally-occurring shapes found in the nests of Yellowjackets – also the nickname for students of Georgia Tech. As such, the hexagonal rainbow represents Pride Alliance as a safe space for LGBTQIA Yellowjackets and their allies.
About Pride Alliance
Pride Alliance is a Georgia Tech student organization for LGBTQIA students and their allies.
Its mission is to provide a supportive and educational environment for members and non-members alike; to function as a resource for those who want or need information about LGBTQIA related issues; and to provide a positive LGBTQIA awareness and presence at Georgia Tech.
