Elysian is a Greek term meaning grace, beauty, and divinity. The magazine is a celebration of the women that are disrupting the edges of the frames they were scripted into. The issue discussions are handled with poise and elegance, and the women are placed in a light that has been long-deserved.

I created a tonality in the magazine that maintained a spotlight on women exceeding the expectations, while also keeping the discussions balanced and seasoned. The masthead exhibiting the thicks and thins of being an influential, successful woman in the world today.

The department, a story on the religious practices of Islamic women in the world today, displays photography representing the solemnity of spirituality, as well as the empowering voice that comes with it.
