Pride? Championships? Redemption? We are all fighting for something, and at the University of Illinois we take that literally. Through the tone, the images, and everything we do we want to show what our fans, our team, and our department are fighting for, and what makes us Fighting Illini.
Our campaign goal is to tie together our teams, fans, and the facilities we call home. Our poster series this year included photos of real Fighting Illini fans, athletic department members, and of course our student-athletes.
As opposed to our posters in previous years, this poster is very different. In the past we have had very basic and simple orange posters with a subject on it. This year we created a realistic environment, to show a scene and set a theme. By showing everyone cheering for a teammate, and united behind one common goal, we feel that we succeeded in our goal.
