RALAPIPO: GYEONGJU
I took my people watching photography project to Gyeongju, a quiet yet lively town in the north of Busan. It’s historical and cultural values surpasses most area in South Korea, and the traditional architecture across the streets seem to have frozen the town against time.

Families enjoying their weekends here, children flying kite, running across the field of Wolgung, teens making their own coming of age movie along the stone bridge across the river by the Woljeonggyo bridge, in their own heartwarming chatters. These stories are theirs to keep. The soothing warm colors also spoke of some solitude and loneliness, from some stories, otherwise unspoken. Those carried by the whispers of the wind, transversing across town, and some, maybe, through my lens. So here are some of them that I’ll love to share.
