Dirección General de la Sociedad de la Información
The General Directorate of the Information Society is responsible for the management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure of the Autonomous City of Melilla (Spain), as well as providing digital transformation services, technological innovation projects and training and dissemination activities in those disciplines. In 2020, the General Directorate decides to face the challenge of building a visual identity to identify all the services and projects that it develops. The objective was to find a powerful, reliable, innovative, but at the same time institutional solution. In his own words: "an iconic brand easily identifiable and very recognizable."
We are inspired by technological advances that have allowed new forms of "connection" and transmission of information in recent decades. We talk about microchips, printed circuit boards, SIM cards of mobile phones, information flows, HTML code ... and some elements that are already part of the collective imaginary.
