Moldes is a multi-family housing building, located in the city of Buenos Aires, in a medium-density housing neighborhood. It has 18 apartments distributed in 9 floors, two units per floor.

Its location was specially chosen because it has certain particularities: its placement on a street that separates two areas of different housing density (medium and low) which allows the units in front to have open visuals, something uncommon in this area.

Furthermore, using tools to complete the urban morphology, it has been possible to increase the buildable volume assigned to the lot by equalizing the height of the neighboring buildings, and to generate natural light in one of the dividing walls of the property.
