Sophie asked us to create the first two videos for her visual album 280 Days. We created a video for lead single 'Catalyst' and the accompanying poem 'Girl Fury'.

Sophie had a clear vision in her mind, and it was our task to make it come alive. The album is a duality of two worlds, the real world in which Sophie comes to terms with an unplanned pregnancy and the Greek mythology of Persephone and Hades. We wanted to create a world of the Gods which felt very different from the real world in which Sophie inhibits. 

We shot Girl Fury in part underwater to create the feeling of ultrasound, as well as to signify Persephone birth out of Hell. We then chose the dramatic location of Seven Sisters, near Brighton and Hove, to shoot 'Catalyst'.
