I volunteered to create two short films for a non profit company called Can Do Canines. The company trains assistance dogs for individuals with disabilities and they would like to provide assistance dogs for free. It costs a lot of money to train the dogs, so the company holds fundraisers with the hope that people will be kind enough to sponsor a dog. I filmed two young boys who have benefited greatly from their assistance dogs and I created every aspect of the films except for the the song. The song was played by Evan Glynn, a very talented musician from the Bronx. I composed and performed original soundtracks, edited the footage in Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Premiere, Audition, Ableton Live, and delivered the final cut to the executive director.
