he Talent Voor Kunst Galerie in Belgium is mounting a solo exhibition of my photo-based artwork this summer, the show is titled - Re-Imagining the World of Tomorrow. It will culminate with a book of my artwork.
My work is a hybrid of wet photography (in the darkroom) and digital process. I am influenced by the work of Bauhaus, Constructivist and Surrealist photographers.
Two areas of inquiry have fascinated me with their graphic possibilities – the “World of Tomorrow” themed 1939 New York World’s Fair, and vintage images depicting feats of daring as performed by 1930s circus performers.
