Student Branding Project: Avant Billiards

Student branding project-2010.
Each student in the class was given picture of something, and a word written on paper, and the assignment was to make up a branding project inspired by those things combined. Mine were a picture of a bubble, and the word sophisticated. Then, Avant Billiards was born, a mod style bar and pool hall with 5 star food, and unique billiards games and tables.
Main logo, color palette, and typeface choices.
Promotional posters placed around Avant Billiards and throughout the area, each explains a game and shows the most successful way to break for that game. Each poster has a pamphlet that goes with it, explaining the game and it's origins in more detail and providing a score card for games that need one.
Detail of poster and front/inside of pamphlet, a smaller version of the poster and a scorecard are on the back.
The Avant Billiards menu offers 2 full pages of various beers and wines, as well as five star courses, appetizers, and desserts. There are also suggested pairings of games, drinks, and foods for the ones who can't make up their mind.
Break!, the Avant Billiards smart phone application helps teach the art and science of billiards, can sense the cue ball in relation to the target ball and help you make a shot, and keep up with the leader boards for the entire establishment.
