Employed as an intern architect at CONISTORGIS, with the purpose of acquiring efective membership with the portuguese Order of Architects. I underwent training on licensing of multiple dwelling and hospitality programs ranging from stand-alone villas and apartment buildings, to restaurants, hotels and touristic condominiums, with city halls from all over the Algarve region of Portugal and other portuguese governmental agencies. I was also mentored on articulating multiple specialties with the Architecture and Accessibility projects, during the execution phase of those projects. All those tasks were intertwined with the organization of all written and drawn documents from all specialties for submission both to clients and relevant authorities and agencies to which the projects might concern.

PROJECT Licensing and Execution Project for a Colective Housing Touristic Apartments | Falésia Beach | Vilamoura | Portugal
MY TASKS Colaboration on the elaboration of CAD and written documentation for the purpose of submission to local and regional governmental institutions; Production of Layouts and CAD content for Interior and Exterior Doors and Windows Detailing; Vertical Accessibility and Facade Detailing for the entry portals and structures into each apartment fraction; Assistance in Interdisciplinary Coordination within the Construction Communication Process which underwent along with the Regional Municipality Urbanism Office of Loulé.

RESTAURANT AT FORTE NOVO BEACH
PROJECT Schematic Design Study and Licensing of a Restaurant for the Praia do Forte Novo Beach | Quarteira | Portugal
MY TASKS Collaboration and Assistance on the production of legal and regulatory guidelines for the project within the Municipal Director Plan of the Loulé district, and within the Portuguese Environmental Agency (APA) abiding to the POOC (Regional Coastline and Shoreline Plan for the Vila Real de Santo António - Vilamoura).
Assistance in Production of Written and Drawn Technical Documentation for Licensing purposes. Production of 3d models, imagery rendering and post-production.

PROJECT Multiple Design and Execution Phases on the touristic housing project “Laguna Village" | Falésia Beach | Vilamoura | Portugal
MY TASKS Preparation of Surrounding tridimensional terrain drawing of the complex and bases for further project development after current licensing projects unfold. Participation on the integral revision of written and Drawn technical material for local to fit local authority requirements and internal design and documentation process auditory. Cooperating on joining new documents to an ongoing licensing project and adding new required documentation. Error reporting, correction and mitigation of omissions.

VALE NAVIO
PROJECT Licensing of a Multiple Villa Complex | Vale Navio | Albufeira | Portugal
MY TASKS Preparation of written and drawn technical documentation and production of quantity maps for the assessment of construction costs. Participation in the production of required technical, drawn and written documentation for governmental licensing (Urbanization and Edification Regulation for the Albufeira Municipality) and real estate commercialization imagery. Development of preliminary studies. Tridimensional modelling of the buildings and their environment, and imagery post-production.

ALTERATIONS TO HERITAGE HOUSING
PROJECT Licensing of a Rehabilitation Project for the Alteration of an Inheritage Housing Building with new refurbishments and aditions as well as the overhaul and restoring of the previous walled boundaries and the creation of a swimming pool area.
MY TASKS Interior and Exterior Opening Detailing (Windows and Doors), Cupboards and Closet Detail Maps Production. Elaboration of Phase Planning Diagrams regarding Pre-Existing Stuctures and Conservation Estate throughout the Rehabilitation and Restoring effort and towards the final stage of the design before implementation.

Broad description of executed activities:
_Legal, Technical and Commercial consultory assistance in the framework of multiple stages across projects;
_Elaboration of Technical Drawing and Written Information for the purposes of Licensing and Documenting the Projects for multiples entities and concerned parties;

_Promote the building permit process continuity regarding urban operations unfolding over time, responding to autarky officials and other government entities;
_Requiring and providing informations and services to other concerned parties, partners and suppliers;
_Detecting and auditing of non-accordance between design parts and promoting conformity and coordination between the architectural design, urban and regional planning, and accessibility and fire security regulations;
