This project involved many components including: illustration, visual concept, identity design, print design, art direction, interface design, animation, and tradeshow booth design.
The higi SXSW 2013 microsite was created to inform attendees of SXSW of higi's presence in the interactive portion of the conference, their Future 15 presentation, and the contest they were putting on throughout the conference.

The site was a collaboration between myself and designer Charlie Aufmann.

The site is responsive and works across all devices.
Austin, Tx Cityscape Illustration
I really wanted to illustrate a river boat to put into the scene, but it didn't fit into the scale that the cityscape was on the site. We did use it though in our animated leaderboard on the TV monitors in our trade booth.

Design, creative direction and storyboarding - Justin Rodriguez
Animation - Edward Saulsberry (except for the logo animation which was done by me)
We had a live animated leaderboard on a 70" monitors
We even had our leaderboard do the Harlem Shake for fun thanks to our brilliant developer Art Sangurai.
