I have always loved doing voiceovers. It actually started with the various radio show contests my friend and I entered at Inter College Fests. Then came mimicry and eventually VO work. I even interned at a radio channel, helping the producer of the morning show. But their idea of radio wasn't the one I had, plus terrible work hours made me leave that behind for copywriting!

I do feel stupid at times for not pursuing it further with my silken voice and all. But yea, I have voiced over Award Entry AVs and even some videos at the organizations I've worked at. Just a note, I make a lot of sounds and noise with my mouth, bad beat boxing included.

First up, I have some Award AVs that I voiced for Godrej's home and car freshener brand - Aer. Basically, they were digital activities that part of my team carried out and I helped out with the VO, because team :) This was when I was at Creativeland Asia.
Then, I post-produced and voiced for a few trailers while at 101 India. We were launching the property - The Great Indian Chamcha, a sarcastic tribute to brown-nosing.
There was a main thematic film and we also did a "Chamcha Games' film, which is like the Olympics for brown nosers.
So, these are trailers for the main film, which you can see here for context - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdmHKVl4YBA
The oily suck-ups are racing hard on their knees, just to be the first one to their master's/boss' feet.
Here, we see a phenomenon. The longest jump in the world, to trump every competitor when it comes to leaping to your master's feet.
Garlanding, if you may call it, it big in India. But putting a garland around your master/boss' neck is a divine privilege. Look at them run, look at them suck up.
Who doesn't want a Yes Man? And one who sets a world record of yesses (haan), that's precious. All I needed to say was 'world record'.
