WOVEN MODULES
In this project I am looking at materials, their qualities, and ways they can be assembled(stacking, piling, weaving, etc), their potential and their constrains.

I made a material: a woven part that can be piled, stacked, joined or interwoven into many parts. The quality of this woven material module is: soft, flexible, versatile, comes in matte surface finish.
Next I thought about individual modules, details, and construction method/constrains.

How does the weaving modules behaves as assemble parts? How they can be assembled?  How they fold and form into a volume?
stacking, piling, folding or weaving as the assemble method?
Interesting discussions that happened along the invention of woven module materials:

Relationship between “shape” vs “form” is like relationship between a courtyard and a room?
Formless finder: Form is extrinsic, can be detached yet still describe able; whereas shape is used to produce form.
Sequences as the order of things(Michael Faucault), logic as authors/ designers inventing rules, and inventing a drawing mechanism or machines systems (as a new architectural/ social convention/ discipline)
Iterative: multiple times of the same procedures, repeating one motion or one assembly rules, breakdown of geometry to get volumes build.
How do you draw in space? What is the difference between accuracy and preciseness?
how is a 3rd degree B spline constructed? Can a line be a drawing tool in space?
