Informing America: Milk to Drink

The informing America project is about creating a micro site that will raise awareness on an issue or subject that is not usual addressed. My decision came down to the subject of milk for children. It effects parents who are concerned about their children's health and want them to have the flavorful and healthiest milk.

I was thinking of "got milk?" but my inspiration came from "Hungry for Apples?"

The most entertaining part of this project was the texture. Animals has always been in the interest of children and the cow skin was a big touch for the theme of the project. Paying attention to what attracts your audience is essential in information design. At first, I had a more block and professional design for the micro site. It was simple but nobody liked it because it's typical for websites. The websites that create the best appeal have more curves that are easier on the eye (hence, the cow skin take the win.)
