This was a week long project that came about because the word "astrosnort" rhymes with "astronaut" and I liked the idea of drawing a bunch of astronauts' noses.
 
The Earth is 238,857 miles away from the Moon
 
Twenty-four astronauts flew to the Moon between December 1968 and December 1972 as part of the Apollo manned lunar landing program. These people have been further from the Earth than anyone else - the ISS is only 250 miles away.
