The collection “La metamorfosi” is inspired by the colourful, compact and complex bodies of leaf beetles. Its aim is to give the little animals, which often are perceived as destructive creatures of the flora, a positive appearance through the created pieces.
Minimalistic silhouettes are combined with frisky prints, technical textiles and special, structured leather. The collection is characterized by its broad variety of handicraft appliqué, which adds a three-dimensional element to the prints.
“La metamorfosi” was created with variability in mind to suit for both, an afternoon coffee with friends as well as for a cocktail party in the evening.
