They Yi Whul was a bio-med prodigy under the control of the Dream State. Once he became became Wakened, he soon gained notoriety as one of the Five Southern Tigers. I wanted to portray That Yi Whul in the tropical forests of his native lands, where he roams, free but always hunted, and always hunting Freemen, in dreams or in the Reality.  A master of stealth and warfare, he lurks with his Wakened band in the darkest interior forests. The burning eyes of the tiger reflect the intense hatred in his heart for the Freemen. 

This tiger I thought was perfect for the character. Seemingly at rest, but in truth ready to attack, the eyes watchful and waiting.
