I’ve been playing Dark Souls 3 recently, and after some thought I decided to do this fan art of High Lord Wolnir as practice.

The design of the character is fantastically complex, there are tons of tiny details that I had to check on a 3D model of the character, and I still didn’t get them exactly as they are.

I’m happy with the results, this being a painting without outline and me doing some self-teaching about the intricate world of digital painting.
