Quickcauses is a website that was originall set up to respond to the Lahad Datu insurgency happening in the state of Sabah, Malaysia. Its purpose was to provide a platform for a user to reach out to his/her Facebook friends and support the funding of aid towards residents and villagers in the area. 

 

This quickly expanded to include other causes, ranging from entertainment supplies to education funding. The aim of the website is to enable anyone to gather support for their cause. Apart from the basic creation process, the site also utilizes strong Facebook integration via Open Graph actions, to generate further exposure for each Cause.
