RightShip Qi platform
RightShip Qi platform harnesses big data, predictive analytics and real-time risk assessments to better target substandard global maritime performance. Qi instantaneously analyses, compares and integrates data such as port state control inspections, casualty history, satellite data and terminal feedback to identify anomalies and trends.

UX/UI Key Responsibilities: 
- By working with existing HCD and Agile methodologies lead and be involved in the end to end product delivery cycle from user research, usability testing, prototyping, UI and interaction design of the RightShip Qi platform. 
- Plan and conduct research to define user requirements based on user behaviour and expectations.
- Use research and data insights to help shape or inform design decisions.
- Communicate user needs and design rationale to stakeholders to achieve alignment and shared understanding.
- Monitor user data to guide and prioritise ongoing iteration rounds to improve the Qi platform.
- Create and document wireframes and prototypes to communicate concepts.
- Plan and test concepts prior to implementation together with facilitating and documenting user interviews and usability testing.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Develop and maintain an interactive style guide in order to create consistent interfaces through all deliverables.
- Work with stakeholders, product managers, architects, data scientists and local and off-shore back/front-end developers using an insight-driven approach to balance user, business and technical needs.​​​​​​​
