Skep Honey Dipper

Inspired by a traditional bee hive, or Skep, this honey dipper is CNC bent from a continuous single wire coiled into a smooth helix cage on one end. An exploration of both beauty and function that adds a bit of joy to your morning routine.
One dip of honey yields about one teaspoon (5 ml). Stirred into a cup of tea, the honey melts off cleanly.
When the dipper is turned in the air, it keeps the honey trapped indefinitely. When stopped, the honey flows to the dish below. A well deserved bit of play in the morning routine.
