Following the path of now unused railroad tracks, the Atlanta Beltline connects all the city neighborhoods via bike, skate, scooter, and walk trails.  The most interesting real estate, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants make these older areas highly sought.  Deserving of a design that avoids any "unauthorized" use of the word Beltline.  :)
