SIX REALMS 六界|Thesis

Six Realms
Pangu divided the world into Yin and Yang, turbidness and clear, which became the deity and demon realms. Nvwa created human and opened up the human world. Lives died and became ghosts. The underworld and human world born together. Human can practice into immortals; trees, flowers, and animals can practice into spirits. Immortal realms distributes in the famous mountains. Spirits exist in human realm, ghost realm, immortal realm and demon realm. They are scattered and disorderly. The ghost realm is the end and beginning of reincarnation. Human died and became ghosts, and ghosts go into reincarnation and the six realms. So the whole world is divided into six realms: Deity, Demon, Human, Ghost, Immortal and Spirit.
In ancient Chinese mythology, the earth had six realms. Chinese mythology often tends to not make a clear differentiation between Buddhist and Daoist types. Various deities, spirits, and immortals (仙xian) are encountered in various myths. Some of these are particularly associated with Daoism. Some immortals or others became incorporated into Daoism as it developed as a phenomena, deriving from ancient shamanic cults or other sources. The line between Daoism and folk religion is not clear. Other mythological beings are clearly derived through the process of the introduction of Buddhism into China.
