This was a personal illustration/character design project, where I really wanted to push myself to illustrate with more detail. Not my typical style, but I wanted to see if I could do it. It was a challenge though, a bit like running a gauntlet, with the all the different tasks that went in to a more detailed character design. Overall though it came with ease, because I had so much fun developing this character.

 

This character doesn't have much of a backstory other than he uses the gauntlet on his left arm as his main weapon.
