One of the problems I faced when looking for work was that my resume seemed too general. I have a lot of skills in design and development and my resume made it look like I was a jack of all trades and master of none. 

I decided to split my resume to showcase my skills in each discipline. My design resume would showcase my achievements and skills in design while my other resume would focus more on my programming and development skills.
